I am running Win7 Home premium on a samsung laptop, and AVG Antivirus Free Edition 2013. I am unable to get a logfile to be created. I have followed the instructions to uninstall, reboot, reinstall, reboot and I am still experiencing the problem. I get the error message from anydvd that no dvd drive is found, and sure enough there is no dvd drive showing up in My Computer.
